Najel Damask Rose Floral Water is not simply “rose water”. This is a genuine hydrosol, obtained exclusively by steam distillation of organic Rosa Damascena petals. No ordinary water with added essential oil, no synthetic fragrance, no alcohol – just the pure, living essence of the flower, captured as it transforms into vapor and recondensed into a precious liquid.
Its composition is totally transparent: 99.85% ingredients of natural origin, including 99.65% from Organic Farming, certified Cosmos Organic by Ecocert. The first – and almost unique – ingredient is organic Damask rose hydrosol. The rest? Two natural mild preservatives and aromatic molecules naturally present in the flower itself.
Its action on the skin is multiple and remarkable. Toning, it tightens pores and restores tone to slackened skin. A gentle astringent, it lightly regulates sebum and helps dry out small imperfections. Soothing, it calms redness, irritation and tightness with exceptional gentleness. 🌹 Organic Damask Rose Hydrosol (Rosa Damascena Flower Water)
The main, near-sole ingredient. Obtained by steam distillation of organic Damask rose petals grown in the East. It concentrates all the aromatic and active molecules naturally present in the flower — geraniol, citronellol, linalool, eugenol, farnesol — in a gentle concentration perfectly tolerated by all skin types. Toning, soothing, antioxidant, lightly astringent and intensely fragrant, it’s the most complete skincare active nature has ever offered.
🛡️ Potassium Sorbate (Potassium Sorbate)
A gentle, plant-derived natural preservative, sourced from sorbic acid. It protects the formula against microbial growth without alcohol or parabens — guaranteeing the product’s safety and purity right down to the last use. Perfectly tolerated even by the most sensitive skin.
🍋 Citric Acid (Citric Acid)
A natural pH regulator derived from citrus fruits. It keeps the formula at a slightly acidic pH, in harmony with skin’s natural pH, to optimize skin tolerance and preserve the effectiveness of the hydrosol’s actives.
