Your order is confirmed once your payment has been accepted on our end. Maison Mathilde LTD reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has an ongoing dispute with the company, or if Maison Mathilde considers that the Customer presents a risk of payment default.<\/p>

We reserve the right to request additional information from the Customer if deemed necessary, such as a proof of identity or proof of address. Without a response from the Customer within 5 days following the order, your order and payment will be cancelled. We are committed to fulfilling received orders within the limits of available stock only.<\/p>

– Postage<\/strong>: Free delivery to Mauritius and Rodrigues, drop-off within 48h<\/p>

– Click & Collect:<\/strong> Free delivery within 48h at Tribecca post office, Fixon Grand Bay and Maison Mathilde Curepipe<\/p>

-Home Delivery<\/strong>: Within 3 working days \u2014 Rs 150<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

All international orders will be shipped via DHL within 4 to 10 days. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout depending on the delivery country and the packaging of your order. Customs or import duties may be added to the price of our products and remain the sole responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer’s responsibility to inquire about their amount with their local customs office.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Would you like to return a product? No problem! For any return, please send us a quick email at info@maisonmathilde.mu<\/a> to let us know. Please include: your order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return, as well as a request for an exchange, store credit or refund. This will ensure your request is properly handled and processed as quickly as possible.<\/p>

Any Customer may request an exchange within 14 days from the order date, provided the products are neither opened nor damaged. Return shipping costs for orders shipped outside of Mauritius are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.<\/p>

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend notifying us of your shipment and its tracking number by email at info@maisonmathilde.mu<\/a>. If the item is refused by Maison Mathilde LTD, it will be sent back to the Customer at Maison Mathilde LTD’s expense, without the Customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.<\/p>

If the return was not announced by the Customer, a store credit will automatically be created and sent to the Customer.
