To be part of the Maison Mathilde Club, you must have a customer account and be subscribed to our Newsletter.
By shopping at Maison Mathilde online or in pop-up stores, you earn 1 point for every 1 MUR spent (excluding gift card payments).
You can also earn +100 points for leaving a review on a product you’ve purchased, limited to one review per hour. (We reserve the right to remove a review and retract points if it doesn’t comply with our T&Cs.)
Additionally, you’ll receive +1000 points on your birthday by adding your birthdate to your Maison Mathilde account. These points will appear 30 days after your birthday.

You can check your available points to redeem for rewards directly in your customer account or by contacting us at +230 5509 3057 and info@maisonmathilde.mu.
First, check in your customer account, under the “My Orders” tab, to see if your purchase made in-store or on the website appears.
If it appears in your order history, check that your purchase was made more than 14 days ago. If not, that’s normal: your points are “pending” until this time has passed.
If it doesn’t appear in your order history, you may not have made the purchase on the site or you may not have provided the correct email address at the time of your in-store purchase. Please contact our customer service at info@maisonmathilde.mu so they can adjust your points.
Your points are indeed credited to your account 14 days after your in-store or online purchase. This period corresponds to the withdrawal period for your purchases.
If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your pending points will be automatically canceled.
If you decide to return or cancel part of your order, the pending points for the affected items will be deducted. The points for the items you have kept will be credited 14 days after your order.
In your customer area, you can exchange your points for gift vouchers.
You will find these gift vouchers in the same tab by clicking on “View my points history” or in the “Gift Vouchers” tab.
If you decide to return one or more products from your order that included a loyalty coupon, the coupon will be lost.
Our offers cannot be combined (neither on our e-shop nor in-store). This is why, online, the promo code field can only accept one code when validating your cart. It’s up to you to choose the offer that benefits you the most! 😊
At Maison Mathilde, each product is carefully selected to ensure quality, effectiveness, and ethics. We prioritize European and local brands that share our values: natural formulas, organic ingredients, environmentally friendly processes, and cruelty-free practices.
Our choices are also based on performance, transparency, and innovation, so we can offer skincare suitable for all skin types and tailored to individual needs. We make sure to collaborate with committed brands whose products have been proven to deliver real benefits.
In short, every product we offer is tested and approved because your satisfaction and well-being are at the heart of our approach.
At Maison Mathilde, we are committed to offering ethically and environmentally friendly products. The majority of our products are vegan, meaning they contain no animal-derived ingredients. However, some may include natural ingredients such as beeswax, always sourced responsibly.
All our products, without exception, are cruelty-free. This means that none of them have been tested on animals, in line with our values and strict European regulations. We ensure that we collaborate only with brands that share this commitment.
Whether you’re looking for vegan or cruelty-free products, Maison Mathilde remains an ethical and conscious choice for your skincare needs.
The safety and well-being of our customers are at the heart of our priorities, which is why we ensure that each product is clearly identified according to its intended use. Some of our products, particularly those containing essential oils, are not suitable for infants or pregnant women due to the necessary precautions during these sensitive periods.
However, we offer specific ranges, such as the Oden brand, which are perfectly suited and recommended for pregnant women and infants. These products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients and contain no controversial substances, ensuring optimal safety.
To choose the most suitable skincare products, we encourage you to check the indications on each product or contact us for personalized advice.
Yes, we include samples in your orders! We carefully select them based on the products and brands you have chosen. This allows us to introduce you to skincare products that perfectly complement your purchases and meet your needs.
Feel free to share your preferences when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
At Maison Mathilde, we prioritize products that meet high-quality standards and ethical commitments. Many of our products hold recognized certifications, such as:
COSMOS Organic or Ecocert, ensuring natural and organic ingredients.
Cruelty-Free Label, confirming that no animal testing has been conducted.
Vegan Certifications, for products free from animal-derived ingredients (on select ranges).
100% Natural, with formulations free from synthetic components.
100% Organic Farming, guaranteeing ingredients grown without pesticides or chemicals.
100% French, highlighting local expertise and ingredients sourced exclusively from French terroirs.
These certifications reflect our commitment to quality, ethics, and transparency, offering you products that respect both your skin and the environment. You can find specific labels mentioned in each product description.
At Maison Mathilde, we are deeply committed to offering safe, natural products that respect your health. That’s why we have established a blacklist of ingredients that we categorically refuse to use:
Parabens: Controversial preservatives that may disrupt the endocrine system.
Sulfates (SLS, SLES): Harsh foaming agents that can dry out and irritate the skin.
Silicones: Non-biodegradable synthetic substances that can clog pores.
Mineral oils and paraffin: Petrochemical derivatives that prevent the skin from breathing.
Phthalates: Potentially harmful chemicals often used as fragrance fixatives.
PEG (Polyethylene Glycol): Synthetic texture agents that may contain toxic impurities.
Synthetic colorants and fragrances: Common irritants that can cause allergies.
Denatured alcohol: Drying and irritating for sensitive skin.
We carefully select only clean and transparent formulations to ensure your well-being and protect the planet. Your trust is our priority.
At Maison Mathilde, we select products formulated with natural, high-quality ingredients to minimize the risk of allergies. However, as with any cosmetic product, some individuals may react to specific ingredients, even natural ones (such as essential oils or certain plant extracts).
To ensure your safety:
Each product comes with a complete list of ingredients (INCI) so you can check the components.
Products suitable for sensitive or reactive skin are clearly identified.
We recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before using a new product by applying a small amount to a discreet area, such as the inside of your wrist.
If you have any concerns or known sensitivities, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to recommend products suited to your needs.
Remove unsuitable cleansers: Avoid micellar waters and harsh soaps with too high a pH.
Exfoliation with grains: Prefer chemical exfoliants over grainy scrubs to avoid micro-tears and thickening of the skin.
Introduce the right purifiers: Prevent imperfections and aid in the healing of existing ones without damaging the skin.
Use vegetable oils: The skin produces sebum to compensate for a lack of oils, so introduce oils gradually to regulate secretion.
Double cleansing is the key to a good skincare routine. It allows for deep cleansing without damaging the skin.
Step 1: Start with a cleansing oil to remove makeup, pollution, excess sebum, and impurities accumulated throughout the day.
Step 2: Follow up with a gel or foaming water-based cleanser to remove any remaining oil particles, deeply cleanse the pores, and leave the skin clean, ready to receive the rest of your routine.
There are 3 skin types: dry, normal, and oily. Your skin type is determined by nature and does not change.
Dry skin: It has a thin hydrolipidic film and tends to dehydrate. It needs hydration, nourishment, and protection.
Normal skin: It has a good balance between hydration and nourishment, and the goal is to maintain this balance and provide protection against external aggressions.
Oily skin: It is thicker and tends to shine. Gentle exfoliation is recommended to refine the skin texture and regulate sebum production without damaging the epidermis.
But I have combination skin! Is it a skin type?
No, it’s a skin imbalance. It’s not a skin type but a temporary condition that can be improved with the right skincare!
